How To Take The Bass Pro Survey

First of all, visit bassprosurvey.com and select a preferenced language to proceed with your survey. We support three languages, English (Inglés), French (Français), Spanish (Español). Bass Pro Shop offers to everyone, to win a $500 gift card. Therefore, Before starting the survey, you must choose your method of entries with or without a purchase. Way no. 1 is with purchase and two is without a purchase, learn steps by step guidelines below

Method No. 1 Enter With A Purchase

1. After completing a purchase at a participating Bass Pro Shops retail store, you receive an invitation to participate in a survey (“Survey”). This invitation print on our store receipt.
2. You must visit the URL provided on the receipt and complete the survey within the next seven seven calendar days from the date of purchase.
3. In this step, select a date and enter your store number, till number, transaction number from the receipt. Select your age range, writes characters you see in the box and press submit button.
4. Now Answer the almost 50 questions and submit them.

Congrats your survey is complete if you didn’t have a receipt, select method no. 2 and follow me in the below.

Method No. 2 Enter Without A Purchase

If you still can’t purchase, no fear! To enter without a purchase, do the following:

1. visit the bassprosurvey.com
2. Select a preferred language to proceed with your survey. We support three languages, English (Inglés), French (Français), Spanish (Español).
3. Select Yes, but I don’t have my receipt.
4. In this step, select date, Country, your store, your age range, writes characters you see in the box and press submit button.
5. Answer almost 50 questions and fill out all requested information

We would contact potential Winners at the above Dates set in the table by telephone or e-mail using the contact information provided at the time of entry. If you are a Winner and your Canadian resident, you must first correctly answer, without assistance a skill-testing question before being declared a Winner. The skill-testing question is another requested winner paperwork that must return within the time stated in the winner notification.
