Went to dq in derby KS and it was one of the worst time going. Everyone was gather talking and ignore us. When we finally got help they walked out of of the back and told the people that were standing around to help and they never came to help us. It was the worst service we had

What happen to the young lady who actually cared about the customers. Yesterday there was atleast 6 of us in the lobby I waited 25 min for my cheeseburger and when I finally got it. It was sloppy and cold.
